Blake's Drumset!

Blake has been praying for quite a while now for a drumset and saving his money that he recieved from his birthday in hopes to combine it with some Christmas money to buy one.  He has never had his own. Yes, we were borrowing the set from church when Josh went electric, but he sold the electric and brought back the accoustic so Blake has been without one to practice on here for about 2 yrs now.  It really wasn't a big deal because he gets plenty of play time at the school and at church. 

Last night,a new drummer friend of ours came to our small group and just asked Blake what kind of set he had, what kind he liked, etc.etc.  Blake said "I should have caught on to what he was getting at, Mom."  Anyway, the guy had this set in his truck that he planned to give Blake.  WOW!  We are so amazed!  Blake was thrilled!   This is one of the top-of -line sets to with Zildjian cymbals to go with it. God didn't just bless Blake w/ a set, he blessed him w/ one of the best!
