After that 1st day in DC we decide to break it up a bit and go to Harper's Ferry in West Virginia. This place played a part in the Civil War. Lovely town on the Potomac River.
We got some sweet frozen yogurt on this warm day and had a nice picnic lunch while waiting for our bus ride at the visitors center.
